So as to protect the privacy of Brierwood community owners within brierwood.info, all members must either be owners or renters within the Brierwood community. Membership approval is contingent on admin approval. Registrants may be contacted to verify that they are an owner or renter. All member information submitted is not sold or provided free of charge to any third-party and remains solely on the brierwood.info server. Member information in profile and account areas are blocked from being indexed by internet search engines and blocked from view and access by non-members. Member information is used solely for the purposes of each member’s use of brierwood.info and for any notices sent by brierwood.info to its members. Member information is permanently deleted from the brierwood.info server when a member deletes their account.
